Patient portals are a secure, fast, and convenient way to communicate with your provider’s office regarding various elements of your patient health records. Helen Newberry Joy Hospital and Healthcare Center Community Clinics Department is excited to announce the launch of a Clinic Patient Portal enabling you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.

With our portal, you will have the ability to:

  • Request and keep track of appointments
  • Request prescription refills
  • View parts of your personal health record
  • Send and receive messages from staff
  • View and pay billing statements
  • Receive educational material

Access the Clinic Patient Portal by visiting our website, www.hnjh.org, click “Patients & Visitors” and then click “Clinic Patient Portal”, or click here to view. A recent enhancement is the ability to access your health records remotely using your mobile device through the healow app. Healow is a secure app that helps you manage your health information when you are on the go. This health and wellness online platform is available through the App Store and Google Play. Simply search for the healow app and use practice code EIEIAD when registering. Follow the instructions to get set up.

Patient portals can be very important tools to help manage healthcare. By simply sending a message, patients can obtain medical information and advice, without spending time on hold or waiting for a call-back from the provider’s office.

The HNJH Clinic Patient Portal is owned and operated by eClinicalWorks and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address are treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID’s, and passwords.
