Polysomnography (sleep study) is a comprehensive recording of the biophysiological(body and mind) changes that occur during sleep.
 
This diagnostic test monitors many body functions including:
  • Brain
  • Eye Movements
  • Muscle Activity and/or Skeletal Muscle Activation
  • Heart Rhythm
  • Breathing Function During Sleep
