| Tele-Medicine / Tele-Health Our high-tech Tele-Medicine program allows you to visit with your specialist in Marquette, Ann Arbor, or Traverse City (or any other location) without having to travel long distances. | Using a private exam room, specialized tools like patient exam cameras, electronic stethoscopes and other high-tech equipment your physician will be provided with the information needed to track your treatment. Our Tele-Medicine Department is staffed by a nurse coordinator who stands ready to help while she manages the equipment, allowing you to focus on your visit with your doctor. A wide variety of specialists offer their services via TeleMedicine, so ask your doctor if you may be able to save yourself a lengthy trip in the future. Your consultation and completely confidential and is billed similarly to a traditional medical visit. |
 | Tele-Medicine helps enhance your care at HNJH in other ways, too. Our staff members participate in continuing education programs through the Tele-Medicine system, keeping them up-to-date on the latest treatments and techniques. |
