Volunteer Services

HNJH Volunteers are an important asset to our organization. Hand-in-hand with Hospital staff they help us to provided and ensure excellent patient/resident care.

Currently, volunteers are providing assistance and services in a wide variety of ways throughout the hospital, including, but not limited to: activities, field trips and pet care in Long Term Care (Annex), assistance with special projects (such as newsletter mailings) and community outreach programs (like Vial of Life), escorting patients or assisting visitors to find specific areas of the Hospital, and assisting with the off-site installation of the Guardian Monitor system.
