At Helen Newberry Joy Hospital, we believe that clinical excellence and the delivery of safe, high-quality care are essential. Quality management at HNJH meets the requirements of DNV GL - Healthcare, DNV GL’s accreditation program is called NIAHO® (Integrated Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations)The role of our quality team is to support the healthcare team as they continually strive to improve their processes of healthcare delivery. Together, they measure quality monitors and indicators and evaluate trends within the hospital, all while focusing on improving our patients' experiences and increasing overall satisfaction. Staff do their best each and every day to provide safe, high-quality care for patients who put their trust in them.
